Harvest Casuals Vacancies - Job Ref 100

Sentry is one of the largest farming companies in the UK with over 50,000 acres under cultivation for clients throughout the country. We are looking for harvest operators on a number of our farms this summer. Practical experience is essential, as is a passion for farming. A forklift certificate would be desirable.

HARVEST OPERATOR / PRIMARY CULTIVATIONS

The roles would include corn carting, grain drying, cultivations and general farm work over the harvest period. In particular we are looking for people in Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Mid Kent and Norfolk.

We anticipate the majority of these roles starting in July (though a few may start in June) running through to Mid-September/November.

• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• Good communicator
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Work well in a team environment.

In return we offer competitive hourly rates and on-site accommodation may be available on some farms. We are always looking for suitable future managers, many of whom started their careers with us as harvest casuals.
