Farm Manager (Job Ref 98)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to manage this diverse arable business– 800ha.

A rewarding role for the right individual to take control of day-to-day farming operations across multiple holdings and differing soil types all with a Joint Venture format for three principal landowners.

Working closely with and reporting directly to the business partners

We are looking for the following proficiencies to ensure the successful running of the operation going forward.

• An in-depth appreciation of the businesses Health and Safety responsibilities.
• A suitably experienced working farm manager with the desire and determination to succeed and take this business forward.
• One who can demonstrate professionality in character and an eye for financial detail
• Control arable input strategies, rotation planning and cropping.
• IT literate, Proficient on Gatekeeper, enterprise and stock management.
• The ability to lead a skilled, dedicated workforce, many of whom have been with the business long term, both with consistent empathy and professionalism.
• Above all an ability to thrive and develop both themselves and the business in this rapidly changing environment.
